For our client, a global IT company, we are looking for candidates for positions of Centralized Technical Support with German and English with following responsibilities:

Supporting the Helpdesk operations via education, providing feedback on quality and by helping with the workload on identified peak times is also needed.
Knowledge of Spanish is needed as well as experience in a similar technical and/or customer facing role is valued.

At least 1 year experience in Centralized Technical Support
Fluent German and English
Good client focus and communication skills
Teamplayer and collaboration
