This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company, supplier for automotive industry. For our client we are looking for Design / Development leader - Engine Components.

Your task:

- lead a highly competent and specialized engineering team, including responsibility for the department budget
- be the main counterpartner of the system development department leader in mother company in Germany
- will define the development priorities, assign the necessary capacities and ensure successful components projects targets achievement through standard
project management tools (time schedule, cost …)
- improve the today development department capacities and competencies.
- adapt the today development methods to the future technologies and innovations

- Technical Universty (mechanical engineering)
- At least 5 years experience in automotive industry development activities
- Knowledge in engine technology or engine component development
- Tribology knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong team management experience
- International experience as well as strong project management know-how
- Strong team orientated way of work as well as an funded intercultural sensitivity
- Fluent English (German knowledge would be an advantage)
