We are currently looking for a strong candidate to occupy a position of an Engineering Department Director for our Lithuanian client working in water treatment field.

Main responsibilities:
- coordination of sales activities (tenders, business negotiations)
- management of the Engineering department (marketing, budgeting, finance performance, operating rules and procedures, quality management, personnel training programs and etc.)
- cooperation of research & development

- min. bachelor degree in engineering (engineering, mechanics, water treatment technology, power engineering)
- min. 3 years experience in the field of water treatment, sewage treatment
- management and sales experience
- fluent English, Russian an advantage
- excellent MS Office
- driving license B category
- exceptional organizational skills, creativity, initiative, self-confidence
- leadership skills
