Graduates of technical colleges and universities.

Your tasks:
- work in R&D, technology, quality, production or other department
- cooperation on new technologies and processes implementation
- solving of problems in your department and a plant

- University degree - technical field (mechanical or electrical engineering ideally)
- knowledge of both English and German is a must - in combination fluent English + pre-intermediate/intermediate German or fluent German + pre-intermediate/intermediate English
- technical skills
- at least academic knowledge of automotive methods (LEAN, KanBan, 5S, FMEA, Kaizen...)
- creativity, self-reliability, responsibility, flexibility
- willingness to relocate to the South Bohemia
