Our client, a stable multinational company operating in transportation, is now searching for

IT Support Specialist with Dutch, German or French.

If you wish to work in a multicultural environment and are interested in IT area, it might be a perfect opportunity for you.

On this position, you will:
- respond to clients' requests regarding software applications
- assist callers to solve their problems with the software
- provide necessary information the clients might need
- document accurate log entries of requests with fault details and contact information
- follow agreed procedures

Full training will be provided.

- education/ experience within IT
- interest in IT Technologies and providing IT support
- very good level of English and Dutch, German or French
- friendly attitude, customer orientation
- team spirit
- possible to start immediately
