For our Client, the international company operating in the area of customer service, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Specialists with following pairs of languages: English/German, English/Spanish, English/French for the position located in United Kingdom, Newcastle upon Tyne.

The candidate on this position will be responsible for:
- technical support for multilingual clients via phone or e-mail;
- solving technical issues connected with software and hardware, network connection;
- providing professional help in accordance with the high-standard performance.

- min. Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant experience on the similar position;
- very good knowledge of English and German/Spanish/French – most wanted bilingual speakers;
- knowledge of technical vocabulary connected with IT area;
- knowledge of TCP/IP, NAS/SAN, UNIX, Solaris, Windows XP/7, Windows Server 2003/2008 R2,
- knowledge of DNS/DHCP/ADS, SAN, VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Enterprise Backup Software (e.g. Symantec Backup Exec), Exchange 2003/2007/2010, and certificates Microsoft/Cisco/NetApp will be an asset.
