Dutch speaking Logistics Planner/Dispatcher - management of the Fuel supply chain and making sure Retail, Industry, and Wholesale customers are supplied in a timely and cost effective manner.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of orders, deliveries, and shipments and entering transactions into SAP,
- Maintenance of vehicle transport, and driver data and entering these into SAP,
- General management of transport, delivery, and operational issues,
- Maintaining good communication between hauliers/ sales/ fleet/ credit / self-billing,
- Regular meetings with Territory Managers to improve delivery systems,
- Monitor sales trend and adjust delivery schedules accordingly.
- React to delivery problems during the execution of the delivery plans.

START: ASAP

- Excellent Dutch, French and fluent English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
- Ability to work closely with numerical information, data analysis, data interpretation and to provide trend analysis results.
- General attention to detail,
- Advantages include knowledge of SAP, logistical work, and/or oil industry.
