A software company, situated nearby the underground, in modern offices, is opening a new international team.

You would be responsible for:
- Customer support to local clients abroad (daily communication by e-mail and phone)
- Closely cooperation with support analysts
- Up-dating customer data in the system, monitoring of issues, escalation
- Technical support on phone
- Importing of new contracts to the system
- Reporting

Start: ASAP

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria

- University degree (Economics, IT, Business Administration, Technical education)
- Fluent English and native or very fluent German or French
- General knowledge and high interest of IT Technologies, software products
- Knowledge of logistics or logistics software/hospitality software is an advantage
- Customer oriented
- Min. one year work experience in customer service (call centre, SSC or outsourcing, IT company, IT Support)
- Very good phone manner and presentation skills
- Flexible
- Very good organisational skills
