We are looking for an experienced candidate for a position of:

R&D Project Manager

Main responsibilities:
- planning, conducting R&D programs of innovative technologies and chemistries that increase efficiency for customers
- conducting field trials of new technology solutions at industrial sites and pilot plant
- optimization of current commercial products and production of processes
- providing high level technical support for customers, company’s staff (training & consulting)
- creating and supporting the continued development and maintenance of innovative treatment performance models and scientific software initiatives (e.g., to identify potential causes of cooling system variability and abnormal conditions, including corrosion, scale and fouling)
- collaborating closely with science researchers worldwide, technologists, sales and marketing representatives and customers
- documenting, analyzing and communicating experimental results
- laboratory staff work organization, management and control

- PhD - Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- min.5 years experience in research and development department (research Lab)
- knowledge and experience in development of innovative technologies and chemistries in chemical water treatment field
- knowledge and experience in industrial process audit and optimization, corrosion, scale deposition prevention, process modeling, automation, on-line sensors, and industrial cooling water treatment
- knowledge and experience in developing advanced control algorithms and/or data processing methods
- background in applied mathematics and computer science
- strong ability to think creatively and apply it in work
- willingness to relocate to Lithuania
