Your tasks will be:

*Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests
*Solving problems of external clients (with HW, SW, and other computer-related topics, access rights, group permissions, privileges and passwords, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, SAP)
*Collect information about problems
*Inform the client about the diagnostic procedures
*Maintenance of problem documentation
*Closing the incident/ticket

*Fluent German
*Communicative English
*Experience in IT support
*Experience in Helpdesk role
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong customer focus
*Very good at problem solving
*Good knowledge of Windows, Unix
*Knowledge of one of the following technologies: Lotus Notes, SAP Basis, or AS/400 an advantage
