The Technical Help Desk team is supporting Lubricants and Specialties business of ExxonMobil. We provide technical expertise to our clients in Europe. We are communicating with Customers via phone and e-mails. Strong knowledge of different applications, alternative products from competitors and brand excellence helps us to support a success of the business.

Start: ASAP

- Preferably university degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Chemistry are considered as an advantage) or secondary school;

- About one year or more of experience in engineering related or similar role is an advantage;

- Advanced English and fluent Nordic language (Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish). Combination of mentioned languages is the biggest advantage;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Customer orientation.

This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with some work experience.
